Just a small digression... the Number of ingredients I don't specify. All this is done "by eye". Meat - I had chicken fillet (4 PCs). Send in the oven t 180 and bake until done. Here the time hard to say. My oven was not less than 40 minutes. Serve the gratin directly in the dish in which it was prepared.
