Not seen in stores ready nuggets. Now you can do both at home, in addition to sauces. Small pieces of tender fillet with a crispy crust. The longer the marinade, the softer, more tender, and the lemon juice gives a nice flavor to the nuggets. The dish will appeal to both adults and children. Cooking
The words of the author. Chicken breast fillet cut into pieces of size 2.5 x 2.5 cm
Mix all ingredients for the sauce, wostershire sauce I had, replaced the sauce terriaki. Once again I will write here the marinade. Marinade: 200 grams of yogurt (kefir, natural yoghurt), 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp wostershire sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sweet paprika (I got spicy), salt and pepper.
Mix with chicken, folded into a bowl with a lid, put in refrigerator for 2 hours, at least.
Pour the flour into a large plate. In a deep dish beat the egg with water, season with salt and pepper. In the third dish mix bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese (Dutch cheese).
In a deep large frying pan, heat vegetable oil. Remove the chicken pieces from the marinade, shake off excess and 1. roll in flour, 2. then dip in egg mixture, then 3. roll in bread-and-cheese mixture. Fry chicken nuggets on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until Golden brown. Thanks to the cheese, they get more and air. Spread on paper towels to soak up excess oil.
While frying the nuggets, prepare the sauces, simply mix the ingredients. BBQ sauce: 6 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp maple syrup (I have 1 tablespoon of honey) 1/2 tsp wostershire sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce 2-3 drops of Tabasco sauce optional (I have not ground chilli flakes). Honey mustard sauce: 4 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tsp grainy mustard, 1 1/2 tsp clear honey, 1 tsp cold water. The author.
