Menzy
This dish taught me Chinese three years ago, so decided to finally try to cook myself:) Not sure about the title, I would be very grateful if someone could tell me how it correctly is called!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Soy sauce

Cooking

Meat wash, dry, finely chopped. Smaller than on pictures! :-)

Add the meat in soy sauce, take a third Cup at least! Carrots to RUB on a small grater, mix with the meat.

Add the flour, salt, pepper - on request.

Then fry in deep fat, wet hands pinching off small pieces of the resulting mass. You can't photograph time! :-) When frying is very convenient to use chopsticks. Ready menzy put on a napkin to get the oil to drain.

Well, a whole bunch meansof ready!!:) Serve hot, can be sauce, but without it - mianzi out very tender and juicy. HAO WAKHO!:)
