In fact, here are two recipes: cottage cheese from sour milk by freezing and baked cream. But one without the other does not cook, well I had not seen in the sale of cheese made from baked milk!

In a bowl, mix with electric mixer cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and starch (or flour) in a homogeneous mixture.
