Cooking
Meat and onion finely finely chopped with a knife.(I skipped through a meat grinder in order to "hide" the onions from my husband).Pumpkin and carrots cut into small cubes and with the chopped herbs add to the mince, season with salt and pepper and really mix well, adding a little water to make it juicier.
In flour put the eggs, butter, salt, gradually add water and mix thoroughly. Then the dough is spread on a table and knead as usual dumpling dough. Allow dough to relax a bit, put it in a plastic bag for about 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough very thinly into an oval or rectangle.
Grease with melted butter.
Spread the stuffing with a thickness of not more than one centimeter and extend to the edge of centimeter on two.
Turn in a roll and semipaved from all sides, so that during cooking is not leaking out juice.
Prepare 60 minutes for a couple.
Serve, cut slices with your favorite sauce. Bon appetit and good mood!!!
