Salad
2010 - the year of the white or silver tiger. So I decided to create a salad in this style! Try it - very unusual ingredients, but very tasty salad! For the contest "Gorenje: Christmas song".

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    1 piece

  • Pear

    150 g

  • Feijoa

    12 piece

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Olives

    0.5 can

  • Mayonnaise

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Fried chicken boil in salted water with a Bay leaf.

To rasipati it into pieces and lay out on a dish.

Top - sliced pickled pears.

Fluff with mayonnaise.

Then finely chopped onion, chopped eggs, coat with mayonnaise.

Feijoa wash, trim "tails", and finely chop.

Season with salt and pepper and fry in vegetable oil.

And put on top of salad (atadev oil after frying).

On feijoa on top lay sliced fresh cucumber.

Cucumber-grate cheese on a coarse grater.

Fluff with mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with grated walnuts and decorate with chopped olives because of the stripes from the tiger skin. Bon appetit!!!
