My recipe is not original. Like on the website there. Well, it's very tasty, so I wanted to share with You. My parents often visited in Central Asia, where for the first time and tried this dish. To cook dumplings is my dream since childhood. And realized it just now when I bought the steamer. The recipe I took from the book "Kitchen of the Soviet peoples" (so that's drevenica). Cooking

Put dumplings in the steamer. I cooked for 45 minutes.
Ready montuschi carefully take out and spread on a plate. Sprinkle with finely chopped cilantro and melted butter. You can submit Your favorite sauce. I came up with this: 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon pomegranate sauce, 3 table. spoon sour cream and 1 table. spoon chopped cilantro mix. Already watered separately in the plates. You can eat.
