Eggplant salad with canned fish, the recipe I saw today on the website "Cook" from cook passion1963. Thanks for the recipe passion1963. Cooked , the salad I liked . Decided to share the recipe.
Ingredients

Eggplant

Pepper

Peppers red hot chilli
0.5 piece

Canned fish
1 can

Sesame
1 Tbsp

Vegetable oil
6 Tbsp
Cooking
Bulgarian pepper to wash , remove seeds and cut into strips.
Eggplant cut into cubes, salt and fry. At the end of cooking add the bell peppers and the taste of the chilli.
Canned fish mash with a fork, pre-drain the oil.
Combine all the ingredients, if necessary season to taste with salt and pepper and add sesame seeds.
