Description

Strawberry Trifle-Strawberry Trifle
In honor of awarding me the badge of "Super photo recipe", I'll buy You an English dessert))) (well, it is necessary to note the case). Trifle – a traditional English dessert, it can be served in one large glass form, and can be portions. Besides being a trifle (trifle) very effectively looks (especially in glass form) and delicious, it is also quite simple to prepare. It is based on berries or slices of fruit and ready-made biscuits soaked in wine or liqueur, and flavored with vanilla cream and whipped cream. In different sources there are recipes using Jell-o, wine (instead of liquor), meringues as decoration and so forth. The dessert can be prepared in minutes if You have ready pie crust (can be store-bought or cake) and the cream out of the bag (same store), but you can cook yourself a delicious vanilla cream (the recipe of which I also write), cream and berries. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until a light, slightly "fluffy" cream (about a minute). Add the flour with the starch and stir until smooth. The resulting mass pour in the milk and stir thoroughly. Again put the pan on the fire and, still whisking vigorously (to avoid lumps), bring contents to a boil. Remove from the heat. Add in the cream liqueur and butter. Mass stir until the butter is melted. To let the cream to cool then place it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
