Roll balls Shakopee with curd cream
Roll without baking, a wonderful dessert for tea.

Ingredients

  • Cereal

    400 g

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Strawberry syrup

    5 Tbsp

  • Cream

    0.5 cup

  • Powdered sugar

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Thickener for cream

    1 pack

Cooking

Grind in a blender chocolate balls.

Add the melted butter and syrup. Mix well.

The resulting mass is put in a bag, well leveled. Whip the cream with the icing sugar, gradually adding the cheese. I added a top coat because the cheese we have liquid. (Maybe you don't have to add, look at the consistency!)

Chocolate-creamy mass is applied the cream. Fold rolls using film, put in the cold for 30 minutes.
