Souffle of chicken with sun-dried tomatoes and Basil
A delicate souffle of chicken, steamed. This souffle is delicious both hot or cold as a snack. Soufflés can be cooked with different fillings depending on preference in taste.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    400 g

  • Sundried tomatoes

    75 g

  • Basil

    7 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    150 ml

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

In blender, chop sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and Basil.

In a food processor (blender) chop chicken.

Sour cream combine with milk, stir well (instead of sour cream with milk you can use heavy cream). Add in shredded chicken sour cream-milk mixture, eggs, salt, pepper. Beat.

Connect ground chicken with chopped tomatoes, garlic, Basil. Mix well.

Put the mass into a silicone form (in any other fireproof form). Flatten.

Cook in a double boiler (on second level) 35-40 minutes.
