Oat fritters quick cooking
These pancakes are prepared just like lightning. The dough for them is just a minute in the chopper or food processor. Bake pancakes on a dry pan. Get a lush, rich and very tasty. Great for a nutritious Breakfast. Energize for the whole day.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    180 ml

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    70 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.4 pack

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Oat flakes

    60 g

Cooking

Heat the milk to a temperature of 36-37 degrees, add lemon juice, mix well.

Leave the mixture for 15 minutes.

Place the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, milk, vanilla extract, butter, egg and oatmeal in a food processor.

And grind until smooth.

Fry pancakes on a preheated dry pan over medium heat.

On each side for two minutes, until Golden brown.
