Homemade a La carte kurnik potatoes
Hearty homemade pastries are a good option for cold autumn!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    350 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Flour

    800 g

  • Potatoes

    600 g

  • Chicken

    200 g

  • Onion

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Butter

    50 g

Sift the flour into a bowl, add the yeast, salt and sugar. Here beat the eggs, pour warm milk and butter
