My version of cooking pastrami pork. Like many recipes, but this one, with all the nuances, is my favorite, maybe he will become a favorite for some of you, dear Cooks! Please come and get acquainted))) preparation Time excluding the marinating and cooling meat.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    4 piece

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • The mixture of peppers

    1 tsp

  • A mixture of spices

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

    2 Tbsp

  • Cardamom

    0.5 tsp
