Cooking
Onions and carrots cut into cubes. Wash the lentils in cold water.
In a frying pan with a thick bottom heat the olive oil. Onions and carrots saute 5 min. Add lentils and pumpkin juice, cook until soft carrots. As needed, add hot water or broth. A bit of sea salt and blend)
Add roasted on a dry pan sesame seeds and pumpkin.
Or sour cream and thyme. You can add a little grated Parmesan as an option. This option is not for strict fasting. My friends are vegetarians (who were the majority in my circle of friends) homyachat with pleasure)
