Bean soup with dumplings
Very tasty, flavorful and hearty soup. What else is needed in this cold weather?!

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    300 g

  • Pork ribs

    450 g

  • Beans

    250 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Flour

    100 g

Meat with beans cook for approximately 2 hours (as usual, remove the foam, add the beans, reduce fire, salt and 7-8 peas of black pepper).

To cook the dumplings. To the flour add the egg, milk, a little salt and knead the dough.

In a pan sauté in table 2-3. spoons of vegetable oil onions and carrots (onions finely chop, carrots to RUB on a grater). At the end add the tomato paste (you can get ketchup).

The meat is free from bones and add to soup. Add to the pot of chopped potatoes, and boil for a few minutes. Then into the boiling soup, pinching off little pieces, send dumplings. In the soup, add boiled vegetables. After surfacing dumplings, I turn off the soup and leave it simmering on the stove (I have electric stove and it cools for a long time) or boil on low heat for another 5 minutes.
