All the necessary products.
Chicken Breasts season with salt and pepper.
In combination 2 tablespoons olive and 1 tablespoon of butter, fry the Breasts until Golden brown. Put into an oven form.
Slice bell pepper rings (it is better to choose three different colors — it looks more colorful), after removing the seeds.
Onion cut into half rings.
In the same pan fry the onions until Golden brown, to shift into the form to the chicken.
Time for peppers: lightly fry the rings until they become soft, and send to the chicken.
Grated garlic placed in the pan, sauté for 30 seconds, then cover with water, adding chopped tomatoes (the peel, you can pre-uninstall), mix well. Add Italian herbs, broth, salt, pepper, a pinch of nutmeg.
Pour half a Cup of cream, mix well. Cook the sauce for 5 minutes on low heat.
Pour it over the chicken with vegetables. Close foil, send in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
RUB cheese on a coarse grater.
To get, sprinkle with grated cheese, put the chicken back in the oven without foil for another 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
