Sponge moss
Very easy to prepare, but is a spectacular decoration for any dessert, cake or tart.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    12 g

  • Glucose syrup

    30 g

  • Flour

    25 g

  • Leavening agent

    5 g

  • The food dye

Cooking

Beat egg with sugar until fluffy foam.

At this stage it is best to introduce the dye. I use the gel.

Add the glucose syrup (or invery syrup), beat again.

Sift the flour and baking powder.

Carefully, without disturbing the airy mix. Moss from this quantity of products obtained quite a lot - 5-6 cups. Therefore, the dye can be added at this stage divide the dough into several parts, add different dyes and VERY gently stir. And you can count the number of ingredients on the quail egg.

Take paper!!! cups. I know that some use plastic, but I'm not sure that they can be heated in the microwave. I take the cups from under the ice, wash, wipe dry and use. Filling out the test before the half is important!

To put (one!!!) the Cup in the microwave for 1 minute exactly. It depends on the power and other technical characteristics of your stove. I have a headstrong lady, with a capacity of 900. Some of the cups she makes per minute, and some are lazy, we have to add 10 to 20 seconds. Ready to define easy -take a drink and feel along the middle of moss, it should not be wet.

All cups need to be placed on the grate upside down to cool completely.
