Porridge Mix
There are families where the porridge garnish not recognize. I advise you to try to cook - once upon a time I read the recipe, and I have never been let down. Another recipe is good because "picks up the crumbs", i.e. you can use small remnants of the croup. And the benefits I did not even say!

Ingredients

  • Chicken

  • Salt

  • Buckwheat

    0.5 cup

  • Wheat groats

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

  • Vegetable oil

If You can be like me, I advise you to try this recipe. When cereals remains quite a bit, and half-empty cans just take up space! :-) Of course, the set of cereals can be absolutely anything (I tried very different combinations, and always turned out delicious!)

Prepare zazharku: fry until Golden brown onions and grated carrots. Sagerock better season with salt and pepper immediately. Since I had some chicken fillet (pieces of sub-standard - after chops), then I fried with vegetables and meat.

Now take a thick-walled pot or roasting pan (I had a roaster). At its bottom lay out a layer the contents.

On top zazharku fall asleep buckwheat.

Again - sagerock. And now the turn of wheat grits (I usually take the "Artek").

Again, the layer contents. And, finally, Fig. It is desirable also to cover the vegetables, but they have me over! :\' (

Now you only have to fill in our "Mix" of boiling water for 1-2 fingers above the contents of the pan (the water I Podolia!). We put our dish in duhovochku or on fire (like me) for 30 minutes. The gruel is ready!
