Cooking
To prepare the products. Dried apricots cut into strips, apples and carrots also cut into strips (not grated!).
In a saucepan heat the oil and fry first the carrot, then add the apples, gently stew for 2-3 min. and put the dried fruit. All together fry for 5 minutes.
Put the rice, mix with fruit.
Season with salt to taste and cover with water. Cover and cook on medium heat until the rice is tender. In any case, do not stir the pilaf. If the water has evaporated and the rice is ready, add a little more water.
Turned out very crumbly and fragrant pilaf! Sugar I don't put as and carrots and all fruits are sweet, and the plov sweet by itself. Bon appetit! It is also good when hot and cold.
