Onion soup with noodles
Spaetzle Zwiebel Suppe. Spaetzle is an egg noodle, similar to home-made. Soup from the nostalgic "When I was a kid"... When I was little, every summer went to the grandmother to Kazakhstan. The train came early in the morning, before dawn. At the station we were met by the Grandfather, and the donkey (or donkey) with a cart full of fragrant hay. And then we went further, beside the cart ran ishachok, and above us was a black velvet sky, with which now and then fell the stars. And we caught them... On arrival we always! at 5 o'clock in the morning! expect delicious chicken soup with homemade noodles.

Wash chicken, place onions and cover with cold water. On high heat bring to a boil, remove the foam, add salt to taste (but quite hard), close the pan with a lid, the fire switch to a small and... for an hour forget about the soup. After an hour check out (and maybe before), if the chicken is cooked well and the meat separated from the bones, remove it, and the broth (very fragrant, I must say) fall asleep noodles and thin cut noodles and carrots.

When the noodles are almost cooked, return to pot with chicken meat (I separate it from the bones), throw in the Bay leaf and greens. Try again salt. Turning off the oven and allow to stand for soup under a lid for about 10 minutes.
