Continue to experiment on the topic of making New Year symbol Dog. This time I made cookies in the form of puppies of bulldogs. Come for tea :)

Shortbread dough I prepare in the blender, very convenient and fast. But you can, of course, and hands :) In a blender place the butter and icing sugar and whisk.
Add the egg and sour cream.
Sift the flour with the baking powder.
In a blender mix until the dough starts to "gather". Then take it out, cover with a towel or close with cling film and put into the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Similarly, knead the chocolate dough, only sift together flour, cocoa powder, cover and put into the refrigerator.
On from white dough Osipyan pieces and roll into a long sausage. Size at your discretion.
Sausage roll "snails" and spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper or silicone Mat. This molding will serve like a "bulldog wrinkles" :)
Next, roll out a portion of chocolate dough and press out from it a little (eyes and nose), and large circles.
Spread eyes.
Then large circles.
Then spouts.
Make large circles incisions as pictured.
Also, the chocolate cut out triangles (the ears).
Move them to the muzzles and bend, as in the photo. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees, 10-15 min, time depends on the size of cookie cutter and dough thickness.
