Recently accidentally invented this salad. It seems the products are all simple, but the taste was just unexpected. The salad was delicious and juicy. Dedicate it to the women's day (8 March Scarlett)

Cooking
Everything is done simply. To start, wash and peel the carrots, grate on a coarse grater. Wash salad leaves and cut them into strips (the thinner the better. If the leaves are large, cut them first in half lengthwise, and then cross-shredded) Crab sticks cut across it slightly diagonally - get kind of Balchik
Stalks celery, cut diagonally - on the photo you can see what I mean
Eggs cut into small cubes.
