Apple pie and NOT much HAPPENS - it is my deepest conviction!!! So I hunt for recipes, because it is very eager to be baking:) I Love Apple pies, though they are not very apples, eat them rarely. This recipe is also from the Internet. Author Iryna Cafe, wrote that the cake is named in honor of a friend who gave her the recipe. I thank them both very tasty cake.

Cooking
Whisk the egg yolks and egg with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
Add sour cream and a well-softened butter, continuing to whisk mass.
Grate in a lot of lemon zest,
Sift the flour with the baking powder, mix well.
It turns out very very soft dough that almost holds shape. I first put 2 cups of flour as in the recipe, but with the amount of flour it is not molded. Added another half Cup.
Divide the dough into 2 parts, one slightly smaller. Dipping hands in flour, the smaller half of the dough cut into balls, put on plate, cover with wrap and place in the freezer.
The second half of the dough to put in a split mold with a diameter of 24 cm and the hands formed into the bottom and sides of the cake. This recipe is the most difficult to distribute the dough, it is very much delicate and soft. But, more flour is not necessary to add, otherwise lost the extraordinary tenderness of this dough. Cover the apples with protein foam. Frozen balls of dough to grate on top of protein and spread evenly over entire surface of cake.
Put the pie in preheated 175°C oven and bake for 40 minutes.
Ready cake cool slightly in shape, then gently remove and place on dish.
