Breakfast air
I love simple recipes. Those that are quick to prepare and low products, usually available in every fridge! Even the bachelor) Here is a recipe I throw today in the Treasury... Air Breakfast. Almost new look to the well-known eggs. Soon the weekend. Take time and enjoy their favorite!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Adyghe cheese

    1 handful

  • Ham

    1 handful

  • Thyme

    1 tsp

  • Asparagus

    1 handful

Cooking

Prepare the ingredients. Pre-heat oven to 230 gr.

Take the eggs. Straight from the fridge.

Separate protein and 2 egg yolks gently separate into 2 different containers.

Protein Shake with a pinch of salt until stable foam.

Neatly in protein foam type all chopped ( grated) ingredients!
