Cooking
In a small saucepan combine 60 g butter, 2 tbsp vegetable oil salt,sugar(4-5 tablespoons) + 100 ml of water. A lot of heat in the fire, let it disperse.
To the hot mass add cold milk. In the end, the solution will be warm.
In zapesochnaya dish pour about 5стол.spoons of flour and 1 sachet of dry yeast(7gr).
Pour into the flour warm solution.Stir until smooth.
Cover with a kitchen towel and set in a warm place. When the caps add flour, enough so the dough was smooth,soft...
...and finally add 60-70мл melted margarine
Again put the dough in a warm place. When it rises again to press down and supply to come again. And then start forming the pie.
Divide the dough into two parts. One roll into a large reservoir , to wind over the rolling pin and move to a greased baking sheet. Apples peel, remove core, cut into thin slices. Spread on the dough.Sprinkle with sugar to taste. The number of apples is not indicated.Pick a number of them purely individual, how many toppings you like (more or less)Important that the apples were certainly sour,so the cake turns out especially tasty...Sugar sprinkle the apples before to be ready the top layer of cake.,what would the apples are not soggy.
With the top layer I propose to do the following: Divide the dough again into two.Roll the dough out thinly(2 layer),the size of the pan or slightly smaller, then stretch it ,that would edges of the upper and lower layer of dough found each other.
Single layer to move the apples. The second is to make smooth cuts,as shown in the illustration.Between the cuts formed rim, with your fingers "flatten" it into a bow.And so with the rest of the stripes.
The decorative layer also move the cake on top of a simple layer. To take the edge of the cake. If desired, lubricate the egg yolk +1 tbsp water(milk).
Bake at T-180* until tender.
Bon appetit! A good and delicious pastries!
