Description
These verhuny - signature sweetness from my second grandmother. She always did a lot of them, not only all the relatives had, and all the neighbors too. I made 250 ml of sour milk, and my grandmother did of 3 liters and then the day they were fried.

Cooking
Egg mix with sugar and vanilla sugar white.
Add the slaked soda, sour milk (Kislyak) and gradually introduce the sifted flour.
Knead the dough, cover it with a towel, leave for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal parts, roll into sausages and cut into uniform slices.
Sleca piece of dough to roll out and in the middle to make an incision.
Take one edge of the dough and gut-wrenching inside.

Until Golden brown. Don't look at a bit of burnt look. This is only one side, and the first batch.
