Verhuny
These verhuny - signature sweetness from my second grandmother. She always did a lot of them, not only all the relatives had, and all the neighbors too. I made 250 ml of sour milk, and my grandmother did of 3 liters and then the day they were fried.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

  • Fat

Cooking

Egg mix with sugar and vanilla sugar white.

Add the slaked soda, sour milk (Kislyak) and gradually introduce the sifted flour.
