Cooking
First, prepare the crumb. Melt the butter, add the flour and sugar with your hands to mix the ground into crumbs.
Candy (optional) finely chop, add to the crumbs, stir and place in refrigerator. It is desirable at this stage to prepare fruit: wash, peel and chop.
Dough: stir the cheese, egg, milk, vegetable oil, salt. If the curd is very dry, you need to add more milk.
Then add sugar, flour and baking powder.
Knead a soft dough that slightly sticks to the hands. You may need more or less flour, it depends on the cheese.
Take small quantity of dough, roll in flour, roll out not very thin and spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper. The number of rings depends on their size, I made them big, but the size you choose. Heat the oven to 170 degrees.
Put the fruit (it is advisable to take fruits and berries sour, then it turns out a great combination of sour berries and a sweet crumb).
Bake for 30-40 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 degrees until Golden brown. You may need more or less time, depending on the size of muffins and your oven. Cool on the baking sheet, to serve. If desired, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
