Suggest you try a fairly simple recipe for juicy chicken breast that will fit any garnish and delight family! Don't be put off by the name, beer need quite a bit! :) Recipe from the chef. I forgot the name, because it was a short video in the program "Good morning". Indeed, the breast turns out very juicy and is eaten instantly. Help yourself!

Cooking
The number of ingredients I did not specify because all you need to take "the eye", depending on the number of Breasts you want to cook. Mayonnaise and beer take 1:1 so that the marinade fully covers the breast. Mix.
Add the finely chopped onion. On one breast I took half of a medium onion.
Add salt to taste, add black pepper or spices. Put the brisket in the marinade, it needs to cover it completely. And leave at least 20 min. to marinate.
After some time squeeze the breast and put in a small amount of heated vegetable oil. Fry on medium heat from both sides under the hood!
Then the chef recommends to remove the breast for 10 minutes under a lid or tightly cover with foil in a Cup.
