Cooking
In a saucepan heat the water to a boil, drop the slices of bacon and cook for 5-7 minutes
On a cutting Board finely chop the garlic, pour on top of coarse salt, then spices (black pepper, red, saffron, cloves and others (to your taste)). Coat hot lard in spices and salt.
On the bottom of the jar, put the Bay leaf and plump stacked fat.
Close the jar nylon cover... cooled put in refrigerator for five days...
Get jar... cut the fat. nice!.. fragrant!.. lovely!
