Fritters of cauliflower
Try these fritters of cauliflower very tasty and tender. Can be eaten hot or cold, with sauce and without. Very easy to prepare, wonderful pancakes keep their shape, get a lush and very juicy.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    1 kg

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

  • Sunflower oil

Disassemble the cauliflower into small florets (with a cherry) and soak in salted cold water for 1 hour.

Cabbage drain in a colander, then dry on paper towel, transfer to a bowl and finely chop.

Add the eggs and stir.

Then add the mayonnaise and flour (sift through a sieve), baking powder pinch, salt to taste and mix everything thoroughly.

Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
