Quick, easy and delicious! Vitamin and helpful! Go-tell!

Ingredients

  • Celery root

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Mandarin

    5 piece

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

To prepare salad used soy sauce "Kikkoman".

Apple, carrot and celery grate on a grater for Korean carrot.

Add the grated pumpkin (raw is delicious!)

Then cut into slices Mandarin slices and tomatoes.

In a separate bowl squeezing the juice of lemon.

Add balsamic vinegar and soy sauce"Kikkoman".

Mix with the honey.

Cut greens, add to the sauce and grind in a blender.

Dressed our salad received by the sauce, mix well.

Cooled 10 minutes in the fridge if desired (I like my salads lightly chilled) and serve!
