Salad
Layered salad aromatic and spicy meat, boiled egg, beetroot and garlic layer.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    200 g

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

Cooking

Meat cut into pieces and stew in a pan with ginger, soy sauce and red pepper to taste. Meat cool.

Boiled beets grate on a fine grater and combine with the crushed garlic. Add a little sour cream. Mix well.

Spread the beet-garlic layer.

Cut the meat into small pieces.

Spread the meat layer. Cover a little sour cream.

Eggs grate on a coarse grater and spread a layer of eggs. Sour cream.

Again a layer of meat. Sour cream.
