A wonderful waffle recipe! Very simple - You just find all the ingredients! Waffles are just perfect, melt in your mouth, very delicate and airy. They seem to consist of bubbles. The recipe comes from the manual of Soviet cooking surface 87.

Cooking
1. Butter room temperature RUB with sugar; 2. Add the egg, soda (NOT slaked), vanilla and beat well; 3. Add half portion of water (250 ml); 4. Add the sifted flour and mix thoroughly; 5. Gradually add the remaining water (250 ml).
I baked on the Soviet electrovalence: oiled, heated. Laid out the test for 1 tbsp, I love it when a cake is uneven work. To wrap better on the waffle iron, I prefer to use a fork.. Tried it on the table, but even at high speed, the wafer begins to break down and not wrapped.
