Cake-souffle without baking
Incredible, delicate cottage cheese and sour cream dessert with raspberry and blueberry jam. A lot of chocolate, poppy and sesame seeds complete the picture. Easily and quickly prepared, and nicely decorate everyday and festive table.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Gelatin

    35 g

  • Instant coffee

    2 Tbsp

  • Mac

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    2 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Walnuts

    50 g

Cooking

Gelatin, pour a glass of water and leave for 40 minutes, then heat with 2 tbsp sugar without boiling. Cottage cheese, sour cream and sugar beat well with a mixer

Add the gelatin to the curd, and cottage cheese divided into 3 equal parts. One add raspberry jam and sesame seeds, mix well. In the second part add the blueberry jam and poppy seeds, mix well

In the third part add the coffee and nuts not very finely crumbled, stir, then add chocolate chips and gently stir again

The shape of the bowl, cover with cling film. First pour the blueberry layer and refrigerate for 10 min. Then pour the second Layer of crimson, and again put into the refrigerator for 10 min.

Then the last layer of the coffee and put into the refrigerator for half an hour.
