Gingerbread with filling
I baked the biscuits and they turned out so delicious, well, such as in childhood. And here I thought it would be nice to make biscuits with filling. I decided to experiment and ended up with such wonderful, delicious cakes. Icing I didn't water them, because they do not like. If anyone want, and you can smear the frosting!

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Lemon juice

  • Water

Take the paste: beat egg with sugar in the foam but not strong, and slightly. Add sour cream, whisk, then the oil and beat again.

Flour with soda sift and add to mixture, knead the dough

Here is the dough. Wrap it in cling film and allow to rest.

Prepare the stuffing. Apples clean from the skin, grate. Put in a saucepan, cover with sugar and put the stew on a slow fire for 10-15 minutes. When the apples become soft, the water will evaporate and the mass will be similar to mashed potatoes, add lime juice and then another 5 minutes. Ready stuffing to cool.

For cooking the cakes all ready, begin to collect them. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2-3 cm.

And so with each circle. I got 10 bulbs, put all the cakes on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 200 gr.
