Cooking
Knead the dough. To do this, sift 2 cups of flour, "cooking" the flour 0.5 cups of boiling water. Then add salt, vegetable oil, remaining water, gradually adding flour (1.5 cups approx) knead elastic dough. The dough is put in a plastic bag and give it a rest.
While the dough is resting, you can do the sauce. Cranberries wash, drain the water and place on a dry heated pan. Heat until the berries are soft and begin to burst. Grind the berries directly in the pan.
Add grated on a fine grater Apple, garlic and ginger. A little stew. Add salt, sugar, cloves, nutmeg, wine vinegar and water. Bring to the boil, give a little boil and remove from heat.
Wipe the sauce through a sieve.
Prepare the filling. All the vegetables cut in small cubes. Season with salt and plenty of pepper, add vegetable oil and stir.
Divide the dough into pieces, roll out thinly and lay out on layers of stuffing.
Roll the rolls. I got 6 pieces. I love the little rolls, in batches.
Ideally, the rolls to cook in Montevarchi or steamer. But I have neither the one nor the other, only the function of a double boiler in the microwave. But I don't dare use the microwave, and built a steamer independently from the ordinary of the pan where I placed the grate and the lid of the steamer from the microwave oven.
Cook for about 30 minutes. When serving pour fragrant cranberry sauce and...let's eat! Bon appetit!
