Cabbage-potato skillet with ham
Hello cooks! This recipe is a pretty quick option for a family dinner at home. Low-budget and very tasty. Winter vegetables cooked in one pan, with meat notes. I think that many will like.

  • Potatoes

  • Cabbage

    400 g

  • Ham

    130 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Butter

Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes and cook in boiling salted water 10 min. to Pump.

Shred the cabbage (I use in these recipes cabbage with loose - fitting sheets- pointed or variety of "Arami"). Chop the onion half-rings.
