Cooking

step-0
Of course, for this recipe you can use absolutely any fish, and I bought ready filleted. Cut it directly into portions pieces. Now prepare the marinade. I did everything by eye, because the book did not specify the amount of vinegar and salt. See, this recipe was designed for the experienced cook, which become so after going the way of error and trial. Maybe this is also right... now I know this and realize... I decided to put in 1 litre of water 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. of 15% vinegar, all stirred, tasted, thought... was not enough for Me to not only "eliminate odor" and that she and marinated, and added as much again. The fish in the marinade to soak as a clock, in the book write that you can night, I marinated it 4 hours, and it seemed to me that this is not enough.
step-1
In this marinade the fish should be cooked for a bit, drain the marinade and then boil for 5 minutes in clean water. But ensure that the pieces are not stuck to each other, or separating them is quite difficult.
step-2
Well, our fish is almost ready. Now it can already serve. Melt the butter, into a saute of fresh parsley, not Iriarte!
step-3
The fish get one piece put it on a plate and pour the butter and parsley. Oil, too much is not recommended - disguising the taste of fish and unfortunately, it turns out (for me personally).
step-4
And here's a little bit closer so You wanted to try delicious, healthy, tender and flavorful fish... excuse me if you already know this method... I personally didn't always fish stewed with carrots and onions, fry in oil stopped, he learned how it is harmful. Now the only way, or on the grill. Nice... :)
