Mushroom pie with cheese in choux pastry
Delicate choux pastry, rich mushroom flavor, and of course, lots of cheese. The cake turns out very tasty, juicy, with a crispy thin crust. This pie to take to the road in the cold, it is no less delicious choux pastry for a long time remains fresh and tender.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

  • Mushrooms

The mushrooms and onions chopped and fry in vegetable oil, a little salt, pepper black pepper. Cool.
