Cooking
Buckwheat pour a small amount of warm water and leave for 30-40 minutes.
In a large bowl mix the sifted flour, oats and buckwheat swollen.
50 ml water dissolve the yeast.
To flour mixture add yogurt, salt, butter and dissolved yeast. Knead the dough.
The dough is spread on podpylenny flour Board and knead until will cease to stick to hands.
Well mixed dough is put into heat for 1 hour.
Coming up the dough abenaim, moldable bread and spread in a greased butter form. Cover with plastic wrap and set in warm for proofing for 30 minutes.
The bread rose. Put it in a preheated 180C oven and bake for 35-55 minutes, depending on thickness of Your form.
