Oatmeal bread with buckwheat

Ingredients

  • Flour

    280 g

  • Oat flakes

    120 g

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Buckwheat

    80 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    25 g

Buckwheat pour a small amount of warm water and leave for 30-40 minutes.

In a large bowl mix the sifted flour, oats and buckwheat swollen.

50 ml water dissolve the yeast.

To flour mixture add yogurt, salt, butter and dissolved yeast. Knead the dough.

Coming up the dough abenaim, moldable bread and spread in a greased butter form. Cover with plastic wrap and set in warm for proofing for 30 minutes.

The bread rose. Put it in a preheated 180C oven and bake for 35-55 minutes, depending on thickness of Your form.
