Description
Very easy to prepare, vegetable manna with currants, which gives a little sour taste to the sweet dough. Manna I covered with chocolate icing.

Cooking
Mix boiled cold water, semolina and sugar and leave for about 30 minutes (can be more).
Pour vegetable oil "Oleyna", mix well.
Add baking powder, vanilla sugar and flour (1 tbsp flour to postpone ). Mix all until smooth.
Not defrosting frozen currants mixed with 1 tbsp flour deferred.
Add to the batter and mix gently.
Put the dough into form and bake at 180 gr 45-60 min until dry matches. Ready manna cool completely.
Prepare the chocolate glaze. To do this, mix in a small saucepan cocoa powder, water, sugar and vegetable oil "Oleyna", heat on the stove until smooth while stirring constantly. Ready glaze cool down and pour the manna, decorate with blueberries.
