Cooking
Potatoes thoroughly wash, or clean and cook 5 min. drain the Water, cut the potatoes into slices 1.5 cm On the photo you can see that in the middle it still raw.
Potatoes "in the sand," I decided to make three options. First option: potatoes grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, mixed with chopped walnuts and dried rosemary.
In the second embodiment in the breadcrumbs I added a teaspoon of sweet paprika. And the most delicious, as it turned out after tasting, the third option. Before breading each piece of potato I slathered with teriyaki sauce from Kikkoman.
Baking tray lay a baking paper, grease it with vegetable oil, potatoes lay in a single layer and bake in preheated to 210 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Evenly brown the potatoes once to flip.
To get the potatoes from the oven and season with salt already in finished form.
This is what happened! The original side dish perfect for any holiday dish! Today I served it with "Meat for a traditional English Sunday lunch." My family appreciated both dishes appreciated!
Help yourself! Bon appetit!
And this picture shows how different color TRU variant "potatoes in the sand." It seems that the sand was from different beaches!
