Green beans with ham
A simple and seemingly uncomplicated recipe from the magazine "Vkusno&polezno", but due to some additions from quite ordinary products so delicious and flavorful Spanish dish. It is served in a tapas bar or restaurant, as an appetizer. And in the home of Spanish food it is served as a side dish.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Ham

    175 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Beans

    500 g

  • Dry white wine

    125 ml

  • Broth

    185 ml

  • Spices

In a deep frying pan melt the butter, put it in chopped onions and garlic and ham (cut into thin strips),

Fry on a fairly high heat, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.

Next add the beans (I had frozen), wine and cook over high heat without lid until the liquid is half evaporated. Pour in the broth, the recipe said nothing about the salt and pepper, I added a bit. Cover with a lid and cook 10 minutes, then remove cover and cook until the beans are soft (about another 10 minutes, anyway, for frozen beans).
