Cooking
Mix flour with salt, add cold butter and chop all the knife to education crumbs. Mass also can be ground with a food processor.
Then add sour cream and egg yolk and quickly knead the dough. Optional in the dough you can add a little liqueur.
Divide the dough into 10 parts, each roll out the cake and put in shape on the baking paper, prick the bottom with a fork. The sides of the baskets to make higher. Then remove the form with the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes. Bake the baskets in a heated to 200 degrees oven for 15-20 minutes. Cool.
Now we have to do cream. From oranges (I took the red Sicilian orange, sort - of Tarocco) squeeze the juice. In a glass of juice it took me three a small orange.
Mix the egg yolks with 0.5 tbsp. sugar. If oranges are too acidic, the amount of sugar can be increased.
Then add the flour and stir.
Gradually add orange juice, carefully mixing the mass.
Then put on the stove and on low heat boil until thick. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Beat the whites with the remaining sugar (0,5 Cup.) until stable peaks.
Then in parts add the cooled cream and mix everything carefully.
Gelatin pour 3 tbsp water and leave for 10 minutes to swell. I use gelatin "Dr. Oetker". Then dissolve the gelatin on the stove without bringing to a boil and thin stream pour in the cream while whipping it with a mixer.
Chocolate chop with a knife.
Half the chopped chocolate to put in the cream and stir.
Cooled baskets to fill with cream and top to distribute the remaining chocolate. Cakes ready to go in the fridge for a couple of hours to solidify.
Top cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar and decorate with orange slices.
Out very tender cakes with orange flavour.
Soft creamy texture will appeal to both adults and children.
I think you will like it!
