Cooking
We need: for the cake 100 g butter 2 cups corn flakes 100 g chocolate (pieces) 100-150 g nuts (wood, walnuts, cashews) 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract To the curd mass - 5 eggs (split into yolks and whites) 150 g sugar (who loves sweet, you can add to taste) 250 g cream (38%) 750 g cottage cheese mixture (cream cheese) 3 tablespoons starch (corn) 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 pinch of salt For filling from the top: 1 lemon (juice + zest) a little different seasonal fruits 70-100 g of sugar vanilla to taste
Proceed first to the base of the cake, mix all the ingredients in a food processor
Eggs divided into yolks and whites always want to make sure the squirrels don't get the yolk, otherwise then it will be impossible to beat. Start with protein, whisk with half the sugar, the time set aside in a separate bowl.
Now, in the same bowl, take egg yolks, whisk white with the remaining sugar, add the cream cheese, vanilla and starch, again mix thoroughly. Gently into the cheese mass enter a small portion of protein,
mix and stir the remaining whites. The finished mass is poured into the form.
Even out and send in a preheated 160 degree oven. In the bottom of the oven must supply a container of pre-heated water. Bake until the wand for the sample will not come out dry, about 1 hour and 20-30 minutes.
Pie removed and allowed to cool well. Will take the top part of the cake. The fruits are preferably washed and cut into medium, from lemon to remove the zest and squeeze the juice. In the pan pour the lemon juice, the zest, add the sugar, vanilla, wait until the sugar has dissolved,
now put the fruit, according to their hardness, the hardest first
and gradually we reach the softest.
When filling is ready, pour on top of pie, be careful of hot she is a danger.
Now give more time to cool, and... Bon APPETIT!!!
