Easter cake
I want to offer You another version of an Easter cake. This recipe is "taken&am p;quot; my mother is from East Germany, when dad served in the gsvg. It must have been a million years, but every year at Easter we bake Easter cakes for this recipe. And whatever the time, country, food, and even the mood - cake always possible. Raw dissolve yeast in warm milk with 1 tsp sugar. Once yeast appears foamy cap, mix it with 500g. sifted flour. This is our sourdough. If You have the dough turned out thick, add warm milk or water. Put the heat on for an hour so the dough came up.

Margarine to soften, even slightly warmed in the microwave (so it is slightly run down, but the pieces remained).

In the dough add the egg yolks pounded with sugar and vanilla sugar. The remaining flour, margarine. All knead. Add whipped in a solid foam proteins with salt. The dough should be watery with clumps, about the consistency of a on pancakes. So if You get a thick batter (different flour absorbs different amounts of liquid), add a little warm milk or water. Put it then in the form of spoons. To give more time to get about an hour and a half.

Add washed and podsolenny raisins (or dried fruit). Mix well. Form grease margarine. On the bottom put circles of parchment paper.

Spread the dough forms (about 1/3 of the forms). When the dough is ready by half (after 30 minutes), put in heated to 180град. the oven to bake. 35-40 minutes (depending on oven power and volume forms). Try not to fry the cakes otherwise they will dry.

Just in case prepare circles of paper to put on mud pies from the top, to avoid burning.

When the cakes are baked, cool slightly and remove them from the molds. Then decorate the top to your liking.

I baked these cakes last year and decorated it with chocolate icing. Today I baked cakes with raisins. And I'll decorate them with beaten egg whites or sugar glaze.
