Description

Carpaccio of grapefruit with rucola and shrimps
In fact, initially carpaccio made entirely of thinly sliced meat. This dish was invented by an Italian chef in honor of a famous artist, whose paintings stood out color scheme, a combination of red and white. Over the years, fish began to make not only meat, but from fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, fish. But that is always the same in this snack is slim meats. And today I want to offer you an unusual variant carpaccio of citrus: grapefruit and orange. And in addition offer juicy arugula, fried shrimp and a delicious sauce! Although at first glance the combination may seem strange, it really is very harmonious and balanced. The sweetness of orange resonates with the dressing, the slight bitterness of grapefruit with arugula, and shrimp are the real kings of this dish! Marinated and roasted, they are incredibly tasty. Try it and you will see for yourself!
