Buns in butter test
Dear cooks, I want to share with you my favorite recipe creamy dough. My mom (she is now 86 years old) had always prepared the dough for this recipe and the buns were formed that way. She used me and my family indulged such cakes, and now for many years I indulge her and your family, and your friends. Maybe for you this method of molding is not new, but maybe someone didn't know. I'd be happy to share with them. The pastry is suitable for sweet and savoury baking. Behaves well in the oven and in the pan. Come on in and get.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    750 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Yeast

    6 g

  • Sugar

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Margarine

    150 g

  • Jam

    300 g

Write the recipe of making the dough for those who do not have a bread machine. 1. Milk, cream and water mix and heat (up to about 35-36 degrees), add yeast and sugar, stir and let stand for 10 min. 2. Add the egg and of sifted flour, knead the dough (it should be like thick cream). Let stand for 10 min. 3. Then add soft margarine (not melted but room temperature) and the remaining flour. The dough should stop sticking to your fingers. 4. Put the dough in a warm place, covered with foil for 40-50 minutes. I wound up the dough in the bread maker. Products according to the laying instructions HP. Butter, milk, cream and water should be same temperature!!! Choose the mode "the dough"

Take the dough, good interrupting and put in a warm place for 40-50 minutes, covering with foil. Here it is after 50 min.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 4-5 mm. Glass cut out a circle smaller glasses cut out another circle: the circle turns and the "donut". On the circle put the stuffing (I had pear jam).

Lay out a folded sheet of eight on the circle with the filling and put on a greased baking sheet.

You can make a Burger and another: roll a circle and make cuts as in the photo.

Cut just twist and insert into the lower notch (see photo). So do the rest 3.

Trays with bread rolls put in a warm place for proofing (about 15-20 minutes). 15-20 min. and lubricates our buns with beaten egg and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 min peredergivaete buns! The time of the greasing rolls I don't have time to take pictures. Sorry.

And here is our cakes. This time I did rolls 3 types. 2 of them I have described, and the third - common muffin-dummy, sprinkled with flax seeds. The photos below they are.
