Chicken salad in baskets of pita
Easy, delicious salad in baskets of pita bread for the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    180 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Pita

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lettuce

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Orange

    1 piece

Chicken fillet cut into small pieces.

To prepare the marinade. Soy sauce, juice of half an orange, garlic, pepper mix.

Marinate the meat in the marinade for 30 minutes.

Meat fry in vegetable oil.

Add to the meat, shredded carrot and fry stirring constantly for another 2 minutes. Put on plate and cool.

Take a thin pita, cut out squares of 10 x 10 cm, put into molds for muffins, put in oven for 5-7 minutes at t=120-130 *C.

Cut tomatoes into cubes, removing seeds. Lettuce to break it.

Cook the sauce for salad dressing. Mix the juice of half an orange, olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, a pinch of dried dill, parsley or a salad dressing.

Add to the tomatoes and salad, meat and carrots, mix well and fill cooked sauce.

In baskets of pita to put the chicken salad and serve.
